Allen Rd

Allen Road lies just west of I-5, is a very spread out and is a peacefully simple community; with farmland spread throughout it’s hard to have anything but a smile on your face while visiting. For those who enjoy the simple and quiet lifestyle of farmland communities it’s hard to find a better slice of Burlington than Allen Road.  


Sunset creek is very close to Allen Road in location but boasts a more sub urban feeling while still maintaining it’s rural title. Beautiful homes speckle the hillside with a good distance between them keeping home owners properties consistently private.    

Samish river

This upscale neighborhood is just east of Sunset Creek while still being west of I-5. The most prominent feature of this community is it’s close proximity to the golf course, and it is quite the golf course.  


This place is the epitome of successful agricultural living , with spread out high range housing you’re next door neighbor could be a quarter of a mile away but their house is so big it feels much closer. The views you’ll see here are second to none looking out over the bay. It’s hard finding a place that has such a healthy mix between functional use and residential living.

Running parallel on either side of a golf course this community is a must visit with mid to high range housing and plenty to do this place will have you feeling like you’ve already retired. Though this neighborhood is suburban in style it feels more like a vacation destination than a residential community.


Edison is one of a kind, both commercial and residential this little corner of Burlington is it’s own little town.With agriculture on all sides this place feels almost self contain and reliant might as well be untouched by the outside world.

Samish Island

North West of Burlington and Mount Vernon you will find samish island,this place consists of mid to high range housing and is complete with immaculate views. With both a suburban and rural mix in atmosphere this place is a must visit for any passer bys.

West View Acres

Just West of Downtown Burlington this community feels surprisingly detached from the hustle and bustle of the downtown atmosphere.With a very suburban feel to it it’s hard to not find a strong sense of community here. On top of all of that it’s also quite close to essential shopping.
