If we never spent the time and effort to get feedback from that agent who showed the home we would not have had a successful sale.

We once listed a house for sale in a golf course community called The Country Club outside of Burlington. The home had been previously listed with another agent (a top-producing team), and it didn’t sell. The house came off the market, and our team relisted it for sale. We helped clean it up and enhance its curb appeal both online and in person. 
When we finally heard back from an agent with an interested buyer, we learned that the client had concerns regarding school zoning and the large fireplace being a hazard for their children. After researching on behalf of the client, I discovered that their desired school had a bus that stopped directly in front of the house. I was also able to get a quote from a heating company to install safety measures for the fireplace. Within the next day, we had a great offer from that agent on behalf of their client.
