From my experience working at two brokerages and being heavily involved in other brokerages as the local past president of the Realtor Association, I have realized the importance of hiring agents who have a good reputation and work well together. I knew I didn’t want to work alongside industry professionals with a terrible attitude, who treat other industry professionals poorly and take advantage of their clients. Here at Pettruzzelli Inc., we work together to invest in our clients with high levels of service, respect, and care.
We pride ourselves in actually listening to people. Our industry is full of professionals taking advantage of used car salesman tactics to increase revenue. But not here—at Pettruzzelli Inc., we treat you as a friend and want to work in collaboration to ensure you feel heard every step of the way! Say goodbye to terrible listing photos, poorly written offers, bad communication, and a lack of knowledge and creativity.

“I felt extremely comfortable talking and working with Dominic! He closed the home in 3 weeks which was very impressive. He was able and available to work with our crazy schedule and needs. He and his team were very involved throughout everything. He knew what we were looking for in another home and was able to find one for us that was for sale by the owner. He helped us negotiate an amazing deal with the sellers and negotiated on our behalf throughout. We are so happy that we chose to work with him and will be trusting him with our family and friends for buying or selling homes.”
We once listed a house for sale in a golf course community called The Country Club outside of Burlington. The home had been previously listed with another agent (a top-producing team), and it didn’t sell. The house came off the market, and our team relisted it for sale. We helped clean it up and enhance its curb appeal both online and in person.
When we finally heard back from an agent with an interested buyer, we learned that the client had concerns regarding school zoning and the large fireplace being a hazard for their children. After researching on behalf of the client, I discovered that their desired school had a bus that stopped directly in front of the house. I was also able to get a quote from a heating company to install safety measures for the fireplace. Within the next day, we had a great offer from that agent on behalf of their client.
